One of the clients users reported a problem that their month-end reports, sent to CA View, have not been available for the last 6 months.
How can this situation be fixed, so that there will not be the need for manual intervention?

The reason for the problem of the report not being generated and processed as expected, and for the report appearing in View with a name of UNDEF, is because the carriage control characters are not being properly recognized.
Though the report output shows a "1" as a starting line character, it still is not being recognized as the carriage control for the start of a new page, but rather is being shown as just another character on the report line.
The client consulted with their application programmers, indicating how the report is being generated such that the carriage control is not being recognized.
The application programmers will make the requisite change, so that the report is processed as having the expected multiple pages, and matching the Deliver Text Identification fields.
