After a V20 Upgrade it is not possible to Edit Rows

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading CA DB2 Tools from R19 to R20 

under RC/EDIT option, 
It is not possible to  "edit" the rows.

Release : 20.0

Component : CA RC/Update for DB2 for z/OS

Resolution

The DEFAULTS option is set to NO in the SETUP00 member in R20 CDBAPARM whereas the DEFAULTS parameter is set to YES in R19 version of CDBAPARM dataset.
