When trying to install DevTest 10.6 on Windows with devtest_win_x64.exe, the install fails with:
ERROR: Could not open file bin\JAWTAccessBridge-64.dll

The i4j install log shows:

It appears Symantec Data Center Security Server prevented the install.
After doing a 'policy override' of Symantec Data Center Security Server, the install of DevTest 10.6 went through without error.
