Issue/Introduction

In our Clarity environment, seeing error: The service is currently unavailable

In the logs, the following is found:

Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: An I/O error occurred while sending to the backend.

Caused by: java.io.EOFException

commit/rollback exception
org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: This connection has been closed.
