Unexpected End of File From Server Error in Open Workbench

Issue/Introduction

Users are unable to update projects using Open Workbench.  When either opening or saving the project in Open Workbench, users receive the following error.  The error is most common when saving the project.  

Resolution

• This may be due to blocked sessions in the database. Please work with your DBA to get this addressed.
