Unexpected End of File From Server Error in Open Workbench

Issue/Introduction
Users are unable to update projects using Open Workbench. When either opening or saving the project in Open Workbench, users receive the error. The error is most common when saving the project.
Resolution
This may be caused by some external (i.e.: non-Clarity) timeout. Try connecting a direct connection to a Clarity app service instead (Clarity IP address/app port).
This may be due to blocked sessions in the database. Please work with your DBA to get this addressed.
