10.7.0 Workstation won't start

I reinstalled Workstation twice and still not able to start it – It opens up and closes immediately. I did bump up logging level to VERBOSE and here’s the error:

com.wily.isengard.messageprimitives.ConnectionException: No Post Office Specified Exception (entire logs is attached) 

The only Google hit is an article from Broadcom support:

 Indicating “a performance problem in your cluster which makes Webview not able to communicate with MOM”. There’s a reference in there to another article.



Release : 10.7.0

Component : APM Agents


Customer was still on APM (GA). EM was on 10.7 HF 60. HF was installed. But the HF was not copied to APM installation directory and then applied.
