10.7.0 Workstation won't start

Issue/Introduction

I reinstalled Workstation twice and still not able to start it – It opens up and closes immediately. I did bump up logging level to VERBOSE and here’s the error:

com.wily.isengard.messageprimitives.ConnectionException: No Post Office Specified Exception (entire logs is attached) 

The only Google hit is an article from Broadcom support:

 Indicating “a performance problem in your cluster which makes Webview not able to communicate with MOM”. There’s a reference in there to another article.

 

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : APM Agents

Resolution

Customer was still on APM 10.7.0.45 (GA). EM was on 10.7 HF 60. HF was installed. But the HF was not copied to APM installation directory and then applied.
