Issue/Introduction

ACT03033I MONTHLY has not been run in the current accounting period.
ACT03039E Database is xMONTHS.

Cause

FINRECAP job was run before MONTHLY

Resolution

in this particular instance, this was a job scheduler issue where the FINRECAP job was submitted before the MONTHLY ran for the current period.  
Browse the CHECKPOINT dataset and see when the MONTHLY last ran.  The following example indicates that the last successful MONTHLY completed on August 30, 2025.

The SAS data member ACTRSL01 in prefix-.-MONTHS also shows the date of the last successfully run MONTHLY job. 
Submit the MONTHLY job for the database unit(s) in question and upon successful completion, resubmit the FINRECAP job.

In another instance, this error occurred when decommissioning a component(s) from MICS usage and the daily, weekly and monthly jobs for this component have stopped processing.
In this case, the unit can be bypassed from accounting as follows on the EXEC statement of the FINRECAP.
