Resolution

Have you created a DWH database and added to the properties and System settings in Clarity?

If not, please do the following:

  1. Rollback both Clarity files and the database to previous version. Also ask the DBA to restore a blank DWH backup from Clarity files /database/backups.
  2. Bring it up, ensure it works
  3. Connect to CSA, enter connection details to the Data Warehouse
  4. Enter DB LINK name, click Save twice
  5. Connect to Clarity, go to Administration - System Settings, enter entity, language English for Data Warehouse Settings, Save
  6. Now run the Load Data Warehouse job - Full until completion

Once done, go with our previously established steps:

  1. Remove all services
  2. Ensure nothing is accessing the Clarity folder (close all windows possible and all CMD)
  3. Stop the antivirus and granting folder level access to the drive where Clarity is
