Follow these steps:

• Sign in to Broadcom Support
• Click on Software/Mainframe Software
• Click on Product Downloads
• In Search By Product NAME type IDEAL and select IDEAL from the list
• Find in the list Ideal for Datacom MVS and click on release 15.1 Release level  0000
• Find the following file in the list:
  CA Ideal for CA Datacom for z/OS 15.1 0000 Complete
  DVD500000000002704.pax.Z
  Jul 30 2019 1:57PM
• Download that file using one of the icons to the right or CART.
