Issue/Introduction

Having an issue starting three new agents on RHEL servers.

They are a part of several agents that were installed using a standard rpm package, however, they would not connect to their designated Hub.

Have already carefully checked with out with Linux admins to ensure that:

SELinux is not interfering

iptables is disabled

Firewall rules are properly adjusted and the Hub is getting a connection from the robots

Resolution

 This was due to a typo in server /etc/hosts file

Please ensure the hostname and ip are correctly populated in the hosts files
