Issue/Introduction

When generating a report using Dollar Universe Reporter within a time period, the generated report has a blank page

Component : DOLLAR UNIVERSE Reporter

Resolution

When the generated report is empty or has blank page, it means that during the timeframe defined in the Report template, the target Dollar Universe during that timeframe does not have any data or records. In order to make sure that records are extracted and inserted into the Reporter database, the Reporter extraction must be performed on the target node. Please see the documentation below.
