Primary SpectroServer does not show in Oneclick

Issue/Introduction

The fault tolerant environment consist of the Primary SpectroSERVER with prcedence 5 and the  Secondary SpectroSERVER with prcedence 10. Both servers are synchronized and the DB backup is working without issues. 
MapUpdate shows the server with correct precedence.

When customer connects with the Spectrum OneClick Console, the status view in the OneClick claims that it is connected to the primary server.

Resolution

The information seen in Oneclick is collected from the location server. Please try the following:

Restart the location server on both Primary and Secondary, and then restart tomcat.
