API Portal - API Explorer does not use the API Proxy URL but instead the Endpoint defined in the uploaded portal

Issue/Introduction
The API Explorer does not consider the modified proxy url used during the api upload but instead it references the API endpoint defined inside the uploaded swagger.
Is this the behavior correct or incorrect?

Resolution
This is done for a reason however, if customer uses on demand deployment for example with multiple proxies, by default portal only allows single global override or single last enrolled proxy,
however if api is shared between data center for HA and behind a load balancer, customer can always use swagger to control host of the api reference to the following url:
