Exporting CTRACE to z/OS and getting IPPT0402 Invalid field: Dataset is not Physical Sequential

Issue/Introduction

I receive a IPT0402 error message when using a pre-allocated file. I am unable to get past this error on export panel
IPPT0402 Invalid field: Dataset is not Physical Sequential
