Issue/Introduction

 

We're running a Web Agent, when user change its password, we'd like to
know how fill the user name automatically and if there's an option to
do it ?

 

Environment

 

Web Agent 12.52SP1CR10 on Apache 2.4.46 on RedHat 7;

 

Resolution

 

At first glance, there's no such functionality in SiteMinder. But
there might be some ways to customize the existing resource to get it
done.
