Action Plans do not load in the ICA portal

Issue/Introduction

Action Plans do not load in the Information Centric Analytics (ICA) portal. Instead, a grey box with the message "Loading Action Plan" and a progress indicator remain on the screen indefinitely.

Release : 6.5.3.x

Cause

This is caused by the use of quotation marks within Action Plan notes. The presence of quotation marks generates incorrectly formatted JSON which can't be parsed by the application.

Resolution

This limitation is fixed in version 6.5.4.
