Rally Sync Job hangs when run through a custom process

Issue/Introduction

When using a custom process to kick off the Rally Sync job, the OOTB Synchronize Agile Central job hangs.

Note: The job runs without issue if run separately outside the custom process

Environment

Release : All Supported Releases

Component : CA PPM SAAS RALLY

Resolution

Work with the process designer to resolve the issue with the custom process.

If assistance is needed from Broadcom support:

Workaround:

Run the job by submitting an immediate or scheduled instance of the OOTB Synchronize Agile Central job versus via a custom process
