Data source query job start time is displayed in the time zone of the console user but the time displayed reflects the ICA server's time

The Job Start value displayed in the Risk Fabric console for a data source query appends the console user's timezone to the date and time value; however, the time value displayed is that of the server in its local time.

For example, a console user is located in the Central Daylight Time Zone (CDT). The Job Start time displayed when editing the query details of a data source shows a start time scheduled at 02:00 Hong Kong Time (HKT), which is the ICA IIS server's local time. The time displayed for the query under the Data Sources tab in the Admin > Integrations section of the console, however, shows 2:00 AM CDT. HKT is 13 hours ahead of CDT, so the time should either show the correct timezone or adjust the time to CDT, which would be 13:00 CDT.
