Issue/Introduction

The DBXSSF program (stored procedure name DBXCHECKEXTSEC)
which validates the user's rights based on the rules or permissions
in the ESM product is not freeing all allocated memory as part of a
FREEMAIN request.
Consequently, the WLM where the stored procedure is defined may
abend with a S878-10 indicating that there is not enough virtual
private area storage available to satisfy the request.
If a SVC dump is generated, it may also indicate the following
abend:
ABEND=40D,RC=10,COMPON=RTM2,COMPID=SCRTM,ISSUER=IEAVTRT2

The stored procedure goes into abended status (STOPABN) which results
in a SQL -430 during WSO Login attempts.  In addition, the WLM
abends with S878-10 and/or 40D-RC=10.
