SMPE failure GIM38201E while applying couple of PTFs

Issue/Introduction
We tried to apply all the latest available maintenance for CA Spool v14.0, but for three PTFs we received some errors :
GIM38201E ** THERE IS A MODID ERROR FOR PROC ENTRY CAIQPOOL IN SYSMOD SO13495.
GIM31901I SYSMOD SO13495 DOES NOT SPECIFY UM00001 ON THE PRE OR SUP OPERAND. UM00001 IS THE RMID FOR PROC CAIQPOOL
THAT IS CURRENTLY INSTALLED.
GIM22601I APPLY PROCESSING FAILED FOR SYSMOD SO13495.

Resolution
Usermods must be restored when applying maintenance that reaches the same modules.
1) Restore the usermods indicated by the messages
2) Apply the required PTFs
3) Reapply the usermods
