UIM - unable to see groups in USM with an account/contact

I have created a user in UMP, and have given all required permissions to the account/contact user. Now when I login with the new user I do not see any groups previously created by the administrator.

The groups created by the administrator are not visible in the accounts. When you first log in with any new account user it is not expected that the groups created by the administrator are visible. You will have to create groups in the account, only then they will be visible across all contact users belonging to that account.
