Issue/Introduction

We are facing this installshield engine has stopped working error while installing UIM agent in windows server. How to resolve this?

Release: Any

Component: UIM - INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER (IM)

Resolution

Please make sure that any Anti-virus/Windows Defender has been disabled just in case that is interfering. You may want to try rebooting the machine and trying again.
