A review of provided SARTCP tapemaps showed that the report in question had only one occurrence from 7/17/20 - 8/05/20.
The client was asked to look through their processing to see when the report was produced, as View had only the one occurrence.
The client's ERO table indicated that the report was to be retained for two weeks and other occurrences had expired.
