Default Software Contents Download Job is in  waiting status on Enterprise Manager.

Resolution

Software content download job will not work on Enterprise Manager . Need to follow below steps to make it work. 

1. Install ITCM agent from any one domain manager to Enterprise Manager .

2. Now check the Domain Manager ITCM explorer if Enterprise Manager agent installed is reported.

3. Create a new configuration policy on domain manger to which Enterprise Manager is reporting . Add all port , proxy information ( proxy should be working one on Enterprise Manager). 

4. Seal the configuration policy . Copy and paste this configuration policy on Enterprise Manager agent . 

wait for one hour and run default software content download job . Now it will work.
