CA Service Operations Insight (SOI)

Issue/Introduction

soimgr-debuglog, soimgr.log and all the other logs under /SOI/tomcat/logs folder are not updating.

soimgr-debug logs stops with the below line whenever SOI application restarts.


Environment

Release : 4.x

Component : Service Operations Insight (SOI) Manager

SOI Manager running in MS Cluster

Resolution

Please move or remove \SOI\resources\log4j.xml file from shared disk and restart SOI Manager services

This file should reside only on local drive on both cluster nodes and it should exist in Shared disk
