Issue/Introduction

Since upgrading to Spectrum 10.4.2, our two most important device families ("Cisco IOS" + "Cisco IOS - SSH Capable") are missing in Spectrum OC and no longer show up in all dialogs related to Configuration Manager. (e.g.: assign policy to device families, device family selector of upload task, device families tree in explorer tab). These missing families still can be found manually through the locator, but usage is not possible.

This is running on Docker.

Cause

The tomcat log shows port bind errors and Visibroker connection problems.

Environment

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

A restart of the OC Docker container resolved this.
