Job not running, seems agent down.

The jobs on the agent AGENTX_PROD was failing. We noted that the agent was down in the desktop client's topology. We noticed that the IP address was correct but the port and agent name was wrong in agent_properties.log.
The agent was running with agent name as AGENTX and a different port number.
We identified that there were two agents installed on the machine and they had started the wrong agent. After starting the correct agent the desktop client was showing the agent as online.
This issue has now been resolved.
