Cannot start TAMSTC TAMR TRUSTED ACCESS MANAGER for RACF RC 100

Issue/Introduction

When trying to start TAMz for RACF the TAMSTC procedure fails to start and ends with return code 100.

Component : CCS390 - CA COMMON SERVICES FOR Z/OS

Resolution

messages in STDERR file show the reason. 

The Tomcat connector configured to listen on port 8080 failed to start.
The port may already be in use or the connector may be misconfigured.

Either specify a different port to listen on or ensure that no other task is using the same port (8080).
