Can VSAM Lookup Table Support Custom Address Lookups?

Issue/Introduction

We have created Canadian addresses in our distributed environment, and we would prefer to keep it in VSAM Files. 

Each line is like this

street Address 1,street Address 2.. Postal Code Province.

How would we translate this into VSAM file? How do you tell in the masking which column/field maps to which part of the address?
