Issue/Introduction

CA Cloud Monitor Recorder Version 2.2.5 recording and playback issue on a site.

The Login button element recorded but will not play back properly. 

We have re-recorded it multiple times and it will not playback and finish.

Resolution

We suggest to use Katalon Recorder to record a script to use with ASM Webdriver monitor instead of CA Cloud Monitor Recorder. The RBM monitor which uses the script from the CA Cloud Monitor Recorder is pretty much phased out and there won't be any more development done on this tool. The Webdriver is the replacement for the CA Cloud Monitor Recorder tool. We would strongly recommend using the Webdriver monitor.
