Issue/Introduction

I am chasing this down but I was wondering if you know if you need Check In access or Check out for update access when creating a new work area.

This account just has browse access and everything seems to be greyed out.

Release : 13.0.3

Resolution

Issue was security. The user group did not have USE ACCESS to the project.
