Issue/Introduction

After applying maintenance and LPA refresh (no LPALST library, CCLXLOAD and CCLXPLD in LINKLIST), restarting OPSMVS results in an S0C4 because of the modules loaded in ECSA (OPSAEX and many OPSRUSTHK).
What is the best procedure to restart OPSMVS without IPL?

Resolution

It is not necessary to IPL the system to upgrade OPS. Just refreshing the modules (LLA, LPA) is enough.
