GSVX039E message is output and any functions regarding to MVS cannot be used

Issue/Introduction

After a new installation of SYSVIEW, the GSVX039E message is output and any functions regarding to MVS  cannot be used.

Release:ALL
OS: z/OS

Resolution

Option-MVS of prefix.CNM4SCFG(GSVXGSVX) is set to ’No’ due to the fact that ’NOMVS’ was not modified to ’MVS’ with prefix.SAMPJCL(INSTALL) when SYSVIEW was installed.

Set Option-MVS of prefix.CNM4SCFG(GSVXGSVX) to 'Yes' or modify 'NOMVS' to 'MVS' with prefix.SAMPJCL(INSTALL) and run it, then rerun prefix.SAMPJCL(INST0011) and then SYSVIEW Reboot.
