After upgrading Clarity PPM to 15.8.1, a blank page comes up when attempting to access Clarity on Internet Explorer 11.
The page comes up as expected in other browsers such as Chrome or Firefox. The same occurs for all users.
This may be due to the Clarity URL being set to use an IE 8 Compatibility Mode since Internet Explorer 8 is not supported with Clarity 15.8.1.
Setting the compatibility mode back to IE 11 will allow the Clarity page to come up as expected.
