Blank page after upgrade in Clarity using IE 8 Compatibility Mode

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading Clarity to 15.8.1, a blank page comes up when attempting to access Clarity on Internet Explorer (IE) 11. 

The page comes up as expected in other browsers such as Chrome or Firefox. The same occurs for all users. 

Cause

This may be due to the Clarity URL being set to use an IE 8 Compatibility Mode since Internet Explorer 8 is not supported with Clarity 15.8.1.

Environment

Internet Explorer (IE) 11.
Clarity 15.8.1 and higher

Resolution

Set the compatibility mode back to IE 11, which will allow the Clarity page to come up as expected.
