Resolution

The library SYS2.XPRTWARE.LOADLIB was in linklist ahead of the Bundl library. There were some load modules with the same names as modules used by Bundl.

The load modules appeared to be Common Services LSERV modules. 

When the Xpertware library was removed, there were no further issues. The library in question is for Xpertware.
