How to remove a device from Data Aggregator

 

Environment

Release:
Component: DX Netops Portal

Resolution

1. In the DX Netops Portal web page Administration/Monitored Devices, under Monitored Devices, choose the search field.

2. Put your device name in the search field.

3. Click on the search button.

Now you will see the device name with a check box next to it.

4. Check it and click on delete. Or right-click and choose delete.

This device will be removed from the associated Data Aggregator, and the Data Aggregator device will be removed from the DX Netops Portal after the next sync.

If the device exists in any other data source, it will still appear in the DX Netops Portal.
