Knowledge export fails in 17.3 German install

Issue:

In German install Knowledge Export fails when used any of the German field names in the selected attribute list.

Environmental Details:
======================
USRD 17.3/Windows

Steps:
====== 

-> Go to Administration -> Knowledge -> Documents -> Export/Import -> Export/Import Templates -> all docs

-> In the Export Fields -> edit and select German fields like Lu00d6SUNG and click on Export

-> The export fails and in logs can see below errors:

-> It works when not using any German name attributes while exporting.

Resolution

This is a known defect and is currently under investigation by Engineering team with defect id - DE57376
Kindly raise a case with support to know the status of Defect.
