PAM-CMN-0425: A target server with the address (target address) already exists

Issue/Introduction

Receiving the following error when creating a target device: 
PAM-CMN-0425: A target server with the address (target address) already exists.

Cause

When you create a device, it will resolve the device, and check if either the hostname or IP address is in use. 
If there is another device with either the hostname or IP address, then the error will occur.

Resolution

1.  Remove the device that is the Hostname or IP address, and recreate the device.
2.  Edit the device that you would like to adjust, and change it from IP Address to Hostname, or vice versa.
