Issue/Introduction

Description:

When running reports, we get the following error message:

Error:

LDAP Timeout Client request timed out - configured search limit of 60 seconds exceeded

Solution:

The setting of 60 seconds was set in the Compliance Manager in file:

 ../conf/cmgr_config.xml       
 <searchTimeLimit>60</searchTimeLimit> 
 i.e. 
 <searchTimeLimit>60</searchTimeLimit>

If reports need additional time to complete, then increase searchtimelimit value that meets your needs 2 minutes...3 minutes
