How to replace existing (non-expired) licenses in Xtraction with new ones?

Issue/Introduction

Description:

This document provides the steps on how to properly replace existing licenses in Xtraction with new ones.

Solution:

1. Unzip the attached files.
2. Copy and paste the files as below:
   
   
   1. Paste xtraction.lic file in the following folder:
      Program Files (x86)\Xtraction Software\Xtraction\Data\Configuration
      Or if updated from prior releases
      Program Files (x86)\Hagrid Software\Xtraction\Data\Configuration
      
      
   2. Paste datamodeleditor.lic file in the following folder:
      Program Files (x86)\Xtraction Software\Xtraction\Tools
      Or if updated from prior releases
      Program Files (x86)\Hagrid Software\Xtraction\Tools
      
      
3. Log into Xtraction as an Administrator
   
   
   1. Click Administration > Reload License
   2. Click About button to ensure license has taken affect
