How to change the time indication from am/pm style to 24-hour clock on the incident detail screen?

Solution:

It is possible to change the time indication by following the steps below.

  1. Open the $NX_ROOT\bopcfg\www\web.cfg by editor.
  2. Search "DateFormat".
  3. Put "#" at the top of the below line in order to comment the line. And put new line as follows.

    [Default]
    DateFormat YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm a(am,pm)

    [Modified]
    # DateFormat YYYY/MM/DD hh:mm a(am,pm)
    DateFormat YYYY/MM/DD HH:mm

  4. Recycle the Service Desk Manager service.
