Please make sure that all Nimsoft programs and the Nimsoft folder are 100% excluded from Anti-virus scanning or any security software installed on the server.
Then upgrade the hub and robot.
Navigate to: https://support.broadcom.com/external/content/release-announcements/CA-Unified-Infrastructure-Management-Hotfix-Index/7233
Download:
- robot_update_7.97_HF9.zip
- hub_7.97_HF6.zip
Apply the robot update then the hub.
If either the hub or the robot still crashes, try redeploying the following:
- vs2017_vcredist_x64
- vs2017_vcredist_x86
Check the event viewer to see if the crashes still occur.
