We are getting below error on one of the client server on it's event viewer. Please let us know if this is an issue due to the Nimsoft agent.

Please make sure that all Nimsoft programs and the Nimsoft folder are 100% excluded from Anti-virus scanning or any security software installed on the server.

Then upgrade the hub and robot.

Navigate to:




Apply the robot update then the hub.

If either the hub or the robot still crashes, try redeploying the following:

- vs2017_vcredist_x64

- vs2017_vcredist_x86

Check the event viewer to see if the crashes still occur.
