Many of the views and pages in Clarity are not coming up for users. In the Modern UX, users cannot get past a 'Loading data....Please wait' message, and in the Classic UX, the page just spins.
What could be causing this issue?

This may be due to blocked sessions in the database. Please work with your DBA to get this resolved.
If you are a SaaS customer, please contact Broadcom Support.
Note that once the blocked sessions have been cleared, the app and bg services may also need to be restarted if issues continue to be observed in the application.
