Issue/Introduction
Hi,
We received "IDASH- Invalid Subscriber Status. Status is NONE." error on 8/13 for all of the production idash instances. When we tried running a ca7 job run report we see jobs missing for 08/13 and 8/14.
We like to know if we can retrieve the date for the missing days. And what action can be taken once we get this alert to avoid data loss.

Resolution
Unfortunately, there is no supported way to recover missing data during a period when the subscription was down. The only thing you can do is to watch the logs for such events to minimize the impact.
