Rally Sync Error: Connection reset

Clarity PPM SaaS Clarity PPM On Premise


The Rally Sync job fails with the below error found in the bg-ca.logs:

ERROR 2020-08-17 18:57:15,907 [Dispatch Synchronize Agile Central : [email protected]] ppm.agl (clarity:admin:....:Synchronize Agile Central) Agile Central API Error : RestAPI Connection is not set properly. Check Authorization key, Error: Connection reset

The following error also may be shown: CMN-0009: Attribute 'Agile System' has invalid Lookup Value intermittently
