TSS7250E Turning off this security message with Web Viewer 14.0

Issue/Introduction

Why are all 14.0 Web Viewer users being checked for the below admin access?  Is there a way to stop the checking or will ALL users need admin access?

Release : 14.0

Component : CA Output Management Web Viewer

Cause

The messages are a result of the security check to see if the user is an administrator.

Resolution

As you would expect, for non-admin users that check fails. There is no means of suppressing the message. 

Additional Information

The application is designed to function this way, though that design is being reviewed.
