The change appears to be successful after clicking OK but after clicking apply to update the database it reverts back to the original userid.


This is because CA RS and HOLDDATA schedules are defined with the userid. Remove all the CSI's from CA CSM then change the userid in Software Acquisition then re-migrate the CSI's back into CA CSM.
