Timesheets not showing in Action Item list - Process Issue

Clarity PPM SaaS Clarity PPM On Premise

Issue/Introduction

Users are not seeing a few timesheets/action items in their organizer related to a custom process. We have verified the timesheet is in a submitted status.

Error user sees on timesheet: TMA-0122

Error on process side for these processes: BPM-0522: Internal Process Engine Error. Contact your site administrator (Error executing action)

Cause

This issue can happen if the processes are stuck, errored, and or cancelled / aborted.

Environment

Release : All Supported Releases

Component : CA PPM SAAS BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT

Resolution

  1. If the processes haven't been cancelled, see if you can resume them using the Retry option. For a specific process:
    • Go to Administration->Processes->Initiated
    • Click on the process
    • Click on the error message icon
    • Check the check box next to the process and click Retry
  2. Check for any locks on the timesheets. If yes, try clearing these for the impacted timesheets. See steps to unlock at: Unable to Open Timesheet due to Lock or other Error
