Issue/Introduction

Error message Details:

You will see below error message from WCC logs.

 Line 2: INFO   | jvm 1    | 2020/08/15 03:46:50 |    15210 | Caused by: javax.servlet.ServletException: Fatal error occured
 Line 9: INFO   | jvm 1    | 2020/08/15 03:46:50 |    15210 | Error Code: 30000

And below error message from WCC GUI.

"TIMED OUT" and "FAILED TO LOAD"

Resolution

Resolution: The error message "TIMED OUT" and "FAILED TO LOAD" occurs when there is a loss of connection.

Please check your network connectivity.
